Bottom of the bowl.
Looking for the absolute cheapest registered agent? You found something cloudier.
We promise nothing. We offer nothing. At $17 a year it comes straight from the bowl, room temperature, with something in it.
Technically potable.
$17 / year
$17 a year. The price never rises. Neither does anything else.

The bottled ones
We beat any competitor's price.* Downstream.
Twelve other outfits pour the same nothing. Most of them bottle it first. Here is what each one charges for the container.
YOLO Registered Agents charges $5 and calls it premium. Bottled, in other words. Same water, with a label on it.
YOLO Registered Agent charges $2.50. Half a bottle, sold as a bargain. It is still bottled.
Tree Fiddy Registered Agents charges $3.50 and rounds to the half dollar. We do not round. Things settle at the bottom on their own.
IDGAF Registered Agents charges $1. A dollar buys tap water somewhere, and this is not somewhere.
IDGAF Agents charges $24 and dropped a word from its name to make room for the price. An expensive bottle. Same nothing inside.
Mid Registered Agents charges $37 and describes itself as adequate. So is rain. Nobody charges $37 for rain.
Mid Registered Agent charges $27 and never quite finishes the sentence. Lukewarm. Ours at least has body.
Dogwater Registered Agent charges $7 and is the shallow end of our own bowl. The singular. Less water, same floor. We are the deep end, relatively speaking.
Mid Wyoming Agents charges $22 for one state, Wyoming, from an office that is a long drive from the office. Dry country. Nothing there to leak.
Mid Wyoming Agent charges $12 for the same one state, out of a mailbox on a gravel road. Sun-bleached. No moisture in it at all.
19 Registered Agents charges $19 for everything, because everything there is $19. Bright shelves, sealed bottles, nothing on either.
19 Registered Agent also charges $19, as the clearance copy of the one above. Final markdown on an empty bottle.

Annual prices from each company's own price page and from published research, August and September 2026 (the same table as the worth page). One of us is one year of our service.
* Applies to legitimate, recognized registered agent services whose published terms commit them to nothing. It does not apply to offers that promise to staff an office during business hours, forward service of process the day it arrives, keep the appointment in force from year to year, or stand behind any of it. The comparison is to our own price, which we will beat by any amount we choose, including zero. We decide in good faith whether an offer qualifies. To date none has.
Other things you can let settle
Cost is the consideration. Each of these drains the same way we do.
Leave the annual report in the tray
In Washington, the annual report is $70 a year for an LLC or a corporation. That is money you could be saving by not filing it. The tray is not waterproof either.
Save more. It all runs downhill anyway.
If cost is the consideration, why keep pouring money into the state every year for an annual report? It goes down the same drain as everything else.
The state has a name for the company that stops pouring. Administrative dissolution, followed by a reinstatement bill to refill it. Your state's version, statute and all, is on your state's page.
Find your state's pageAll fifty states and DC, each one a little murkier
Every state page quotes the statute we ignore, then the state's remedy for ignoring it. It is the clearest thing on this site.
